Our 3 year old 2.5 A/T mu-X consumed 19.57 L for a 262.6 Km (province > Manila > province) trip, lalabas 13.42km/l if my computation is correct.

City: 6.9km/l - 8.6km/l
Highway: 11.8 km/l

* Not much information on the Mu-x since it spends its time mostly on the garage. And most fills up aren't full tank.

2017 DMAX 3.0 A/T euro 4
City: 5.5 km/l - 8.6km/l
Mixed: 7.8km/l - 10.2km/l
Highway: 11km/l - 13km/l

5.5kpl was done on a week of driving sa espana blvd w/o using waze sa rush hour. And the 8.6kpl was done around my trips around the metro everyday na QC-MANILA-PASIG-QC- or kung saan man ang lakad.

In the highway it all boils down to the driving habits tho. I usually go beyond 120kph and stops are frequent to cool down the tyres and cr/snack break. The claims of isuzu on its fuel challenges can be achieved talaga. I have friends who have done 22kpl sa dmax RZ4E and 17kpl for the old 3l Mu-x. For me it is not worth to go below 80 kph sa mga highspeed roads eh.

I ask because I also get 5.5 in my 07 Santa Fe in QC-Manila-QC. QC-Val-QC via Edsa gets me 6+km/L, but never 7. 12-13km/L is possible on the highway with speeds not exceeding 120.

But I was actually referring to that one time when a D-Max apparently got 38km/L in a DOE Eco Run.

Inaccurate tong consumption figures ko pero Manila-Subic-Manila (nlex & sctex) ko 12kpl lang. Hindi lumalagpas ng 100kph (cruise control activated kapag sobra luwag ng kalsada). Malaki difference compared kapag cruise control deactivated kasi +1/2kpl.
