Hmm, just noticed. Walang back mirror ang mga Alterra dito unlike in Thailand where it comes as standard.![]()

kung may 4x4 nyan n tanggalin nila mga sounds and offer it at that price, i might think of getting one. leaf spring sya dba???
I asked my agent kung may balak silang maglabas ng 4x4 version, he said they're still studying the market. He said introducing the 4x4 at this point in time would diminish the competitiveness of Alterra.
But have you heard about the 23km/L consumption of this ride?![]()
Maaaannnn!!! If this is true then....![]()

While I was riding in a bus along Edsa, I saw 3 Alterra's pass by and they looked better than what I've seen in the magazines and newspapers; rugged and sporty as a matter of fact. The Alterra is perhaps not just the photogenic type.

You'd really have to look beyond the sheet metal to appreciate the alterraThat iteq diesel is really sweet
Yun na nga eh... Hehehe... He's such a nice neighbor pa naman. He always brings home stuff for us when they travel abroad. The best neighbor anyone can ask for.Originally Posted by cardo

Anyways, ganda talaga ng Alterra nya! Don't believe for a moment that the Alterra is one big ugly piece of metal. It's beautiful inside and out...
Like other posters said, Alterra looks different when in the 'move'. One time I saw a blue Alterra pass me at SLEX just before Alabang exit, I didn't recognize that instant that its an Alterra. Simply because it looks better on the road than in display room. I think I wanna get one, lalo na pag black ang color...
OT: Ganda nung IAME ni sir PAJ...
i find toyota's turbodiesels (as in the fortuner) more refined and generally more impressive than isuzu's hehe
In Thailand the Alterra variants (named MU 7 there) were priced below those of Fortuner. Nag takaw lang siguro dito sa Pinas.
Yan din ang tanong ko sa agent ko. Di ko lang ma-gets what he meant when he said... 'you have to drive it to understand why the price tag, it comes with the name "Alterra", alter your perceptions'.Originally Posted by kmo

I just told him that I'll definitely do that when I come home for vacation next year. For the meantime, umaasa lang ako sa mga inputs ng mga kapatirang tsikoteers. Hehehe.
Sir, it is likely to be true because Isuzu's first generation crdi engines is already rated at 19Km/L way back in 1999 for their year 2000 model of Isuzu Trooper.Originally Posted by Psalm136:2
You are right sir! Alterra is also well equip with safety enhancing technology such as EBD, grade logic for AT transmission, and backing sensor. One owner is very appreciative of the 5.1 entertainment system when he travels down south to Mindanao via RORO nautical highwayOriginally Posted by cardo
I guess tama ka dyan. I remember my last trip, about a year ago yata yun, can't remember nga lang kung magkano krudo that time. Kinargahan ko si Dayunyor ng P1000 worth of diesel fuel (Petron) and went from Laguna to Pasig to Pangasinan to Bagiuo. Kargado pa ng pasahero at bagahe.Originally Posted by horexen

sir, if my perception isn't altered yet i think it is neatly placed on the center console. the amplifier is located underneath the front passenger seat.Originally Posted by cardo
