Repainting interior panels etc

Hello I want to make my Toyota Hilux interior to look more sporty.

I have been searching for carbon fiber panel covers but sadly they are only available for the Fortuner at Miggyboy. I still researched further and found out that in Thailand they are offered but the prices are too high for aethetics only because they the whole plastic parts are all carbon fiber!

So I thought it is too much even if I only get the Paneling with door 7 pieces and armrest.

I decided what if I decided to get all those removable plastic parts repainted into dark gray? Matte finish? Is it possible? Does anyone know any shop who offer this kind of job? Thank you.
