Just came back from a trip from the North. This was my first "long" out of town drive with the Tuc. Logged 513.8 kms for this round trip from my last fuel top up (45kms were through Manila traffic last Tuesday). On the way up North there were 4 of us, but on our trip back to Manila this morning, 2 relatives hitched (6 pax and luggages galore). I made 180kph on the NLEX and got a fuel consumption reading of 10.8 kms/liter.

Yup sir, overspeeding na talaga - 100kph lang ang speed limit sa NLEX, inaantay ko nga kung meron magharang sa akin sa exit. Was going to take a pic of the speedo sana kaya lang katabi ko erpats baka magalit pag nakita. Yup 6 passengers (5 adults and 1 teenager na payat), 6 pieces light luggages for each passenger a few kilos of frozen bangus and an assortment of other goodies. Perfect road conditions - very light traffic during the noontime, excellent visibility. I did better with our Gen 2 CRV (4x2 matic) last year 185kph.

My tuc is a 2.0 gas with manual tranny po.

hehehe, pag hinahataw ko din ng 180kph yung sa akin, tumatayo na ang balahibo ko, pero marami pang ibibigay. 10km/lit din ang average mileage ko with aircon set *21C (climate control ba tawag dun?)
