    wow sir napakaswerte nyo naman, napasok pa sa warranty unit mo at sila pa ang nag-initiate na papalitan nila ang defective parts, and available agad-agad yung defective parts na yun? yung unit ko complete ang pms records ko pero pahirapan ang pag-claim sa kanila ng warranty, umabot pa kami sa third hearing sa DTI pero hanggang ngayon andun pa din yung problem. kahit na ituro ko na sa kanila harap-harapan yung problem parang nagbubulag-bulagan yung mga tao jan sa HNE, bandang huli inamin din sakin ng mekaniko nila na wala silang magagawa dahil ayaw daw palitan ng HARI ang sirang piyesa ng unit ko. ang huling balita ko jan sa HNE pinagkaisahan sila ng mga SA nila, sabay sabay nag-alisan, di ko lang alam kung ano ang dahilan.

    Curious lang ako, anong piyesa ito? Kadalasan kasi pag medyo mahal yung part pahirapan sa pag claim ng warranty.

    rack and pinion at steering column, pabalik balik yung lagutok sa steering, puro retightening lang ginagawa nila. yung sa hard starting naman panay reset lang sila ng ECU hanggang ngayon andun pa din ang problem. kahit kumpleto ang PMS mo sa kanila basta mahal ang piyesa na sira hindi nila papalitan yan. mabilis sila magpalit ng piyesa kung nasa 3 to 4 digit lang yung price, para lang may masabi na meron warranty ang hyundai, pero ang kapalit nun is hundred+ thousand pesos cost ng PMS within 5 years. talagang gatasan lang ng HYUNDAI ang PMS. due nanaman yung car ko for PMS, nagdadalawang isip na ako ngayon kung sa dealer pa din ako magpa-pms or outside casa na lang.

    Salamat naman hahaha. All of my bad experiences sa casa came from hyundai Greenhills. Puro unprofessional and ogags mga tao dun. If i had the money, I would buy that dealership just to terminate those incompetent people. Looks like karma came early hehehe

    Talaga, swerte nga kung ganun. I'm sorry for you. Probably they were trying to win me back. Pa-impress siguro. But that's just mere speculation... I really don't know how their warranty system works.

    Had my 15,000 km PMS, used fully synthetic oil. Requested tire rotation & suspension bolts tightened. Total cost P5,900.

    Hello mga sir.. ask ko lang for 2013 Tucson CRDI owners, around how much ang babayaran pag 10k PMS using fully synth oil? Also, nagsara na ang Hyundai GH, dun kasi ako nagpapaservice, saan kaya mas ok na service center dalhin (yung generally maganda ang feedback)? Thank you for any reply
