    Has anybody experienced CRDi (injectors / supply pumps, etc) isssues with their Hyundai diesels? Anong year model ang vehicle nyo at ilan na ang km reading sa odometer?

    I've only heard of two cases... one here, one off-line... If I remember correctly, 130,000 kilometers was one of the reports... it was an older Starex CRDi.

    No report on where the vehicle was fueled and other maintenance information...

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    Yes, we are seeing a lot of them now......normal failure due to high mileage.

    They're bound to fail, with (use and) mileage. So, you need to observe 'tool life' for these critical parts.

    Baka sa Tsikot members na owner ng Hyundai CRDI vehicle wala pa. Toyota CRDI siguro pwede pa At 130,000 Kms kung masira ay sulit ka na noon siguro. Imagine mo ba naman operating pressure of 1600 BARS or over 23,000 psi somehow may bibigay talaga sa katagalan. Kung hindi man injectors ay yong high pressure pump.

    My ride (Innova DSL) has been diagnosed with injector problems kasi... early stage daw... I'm thinking of having it checked in a different outlet for a 2nd opinion.. kapag yun talaga.. maybe I can just have it sold and find a different unit... mas gusto ko sana ay diesel.. but most of the diesels around in the local market ay naka CRDi na (Isuzu except for Crosswind, innova, fortuner, everest / ranger, tucson, starex) .. kaya I thought of asking kung sa Hyundai ba eh ganun din ang problem... syanga pala.. my unit already has 110t kms, just past its 4th year of use...

    actually, the "pang negosyo" starex variants still use the old nonturbo engines.

    The Mitsu Adventure still uses the 4D56 afaik..not my personal choice for a non-CRDi ride though.
