Drives a lot better than the sedan. Still not Fiesta level handling, but forgiveable given the amount of power.

Ako nga one and a half year na hyundai ko pero once palang ako nagpa pms (1k pms). Mileage ko now wala pang 4k

My Accent CRDi easily does 15km/l. But economy wise, what I like about my car is that it looks sleeper. Power-wise is what I'm impressed the most, tignan ko muna ano magiging problema ng mga yan bago kami kumuha.

Tsaka it's an advantage na kakilala mo ang owner ng dealer or a relative of the owner of the dealer. Gagawin talaga yung unit mo agad at makakalusot ka pa sa 3 mos. PMS schedule. Pati pagdala ng own oil pwede rin.

Likely turbo problems. Same on Focus diesles that are driven... spiritedly. Warm uo, cool down and change te oil more often.

Taxi use. Poor maintenance, hot running, no cool down.

I know of three or four Focus TDCis with blown turbos. One was a secondahnd flood victim, one put out 180 whp (55 more than stock) and was driven around 220-240 kmh VERY often. The other two were also modified, with unknown use histories. TRS also broke one turbo, if I recall, but that's solid racetrack abuse.

VGT turbos seem pretty sensitive to maintenance and abuse. Some guys swapping for power go for non-VGT units...

I've seen the accent hatch in macau. Hindi sya ganun kganda in person. It looks odd.

Come to think of it, if they bring the diesel sedan 1.6, it dictates that pricing must be at least 50k from the top of the line accent 1.6 gas, so NASA sub 900k. But this is HB so add another 50k, so we're talking about a 938k unit here. That's all assuming it's AT. If MT diesel HB minus 50k. W/c is very unlikely that they bring pa.

Let's face it Hyundai has so many sedan/HB line-up, it will just compete with it's other models.

buti pa Montero sport, isang modelo Lang 10k units a year benta

ΔΔΔ But this HB is a diesel, bro.

For those preferring fuel economy, this is a good choice

    Update: 10.2012

    Accent 1.4 GL P 618,000 (M/T) P 708,000 (A/T)
Kung ito ang basehan, baka 730-750K yung bare diesel kung 4dr, 760-780K yung H/B,

Pero kung may bihis nga ng konti at me hi-tech accessories (ABS, SRS, satnav, mags), tama ngang between 800-820 yung M/T, 830-850 sa A/T. Baka lagpas pa

Hyundai ACCENT Hatch CRDI 1.6
