wow thats nice to hear. we're looking out for best deal since were availing of inhouse financing. North Edsa so far has the best one 48k and 14115 monthly for 60 mos.. compared to commonwealth 68k.quezon ave 78k (the sales agent is clueless about accent), Pasong tamo is a bit far but also 48k. with 14.5k. bank loan is already approved. i hope we can get those freebies kahit keyless entry and alarm lang.

Compute mo sir yung downpayment na all-in plus yung babayaran monthly. total mo then kung sino pinakamababa, dun ka kumuha. Isama mo na din yung mga freebies na ibibigay nila sayo, kung saan mas madaming maibigay.
