Ours is a 2011 Tucson 2.0 crdi. Fuel efficient at 10-12 km/life city driving. I hate their remote keys with rubber button. It's not durable. We also had problem on the key switch wherein it senses the keys are still in even when you have already removed it. This is the key reminder sensor mulfunctioning. Other than that, it is a great car in terms of FC, power, and handling.

2011 hyundai grand starex, 32000km+. Replaced the front brake pads (pudpod na) and rear brake pads (50% worn lang) at 25,000 km. Replaced the back bumper protector (the rubber thing on top) that got scratched when a mitsu adventure used my GS' behind as a brake at nlex exit at dau, so hindi reliability issue as it was an accident. wakwak yung adventure laglag ang bumper at grill, the gs bumper was not even bent. Had several panels repainted twice already at panay sabit (1 by me, 2 by misis and 1 when my sister borrowed it). I will be replacing 2 tires this month, sagad na sa wave pattern ng 5 peso coin. Non-casa maintained (fuk HARI!) since 20,000 km PM.
only defect, 2 speeding tickets both at sctex!

Do Hyundai diesel cars have diesel particulate filter (DPF) or not? Been reading up on it lately & although good for the environment, it is of more trouble to the owner, especially is you do a lot of starts & stops.
