Speaking of LED, durable ba?

I know kapag nag-skip ng PMS automatic void na warranrty.

Less than 2 years palang yung Santa Fe namin. Mileage is 45K and still counting. Skipped several PMS dahil sa sobrang gamit.

As stated in the warranty booklet, may 2 years warranty ng battery. Nung April when I tried to claim the battery warranty, ayaw nila i-honor dahil may skip daw na PMS.

Isa pa yung power retractable side mirrors, since brand new tinotopak na yun switch.

So far Hyundai Las Pinas pinaka matino.
I also had the same experience with Hyundai QA with my units PMS, "pwede na" dahil allowed magdala ng parts ang owner tapos walang corkage pero not fully satisfied dahil they did not honor the warranty claim for replacement of suspension parts (tie rod/stab link) dahil daw na involve sa fender bender before yung unit ko. What the heck! This Hyundai people will find a reason (silly or justified) to void any warranty claim. PAti nga rear defogger switch ayaw nila honor warranty dahil sa bangga daw. Kundi ko pa pinaglaban... pero i will have to wait 30-60 days for the part to come in..

Sa Hyundai Commonwealth naman, sa phone conversation ko pa lang with the SA already gave me warning signals na di sila maganda ka deal. I inquired about 40t kms PMS and he told me na it would cost around 25t petot. What the heck! Palit daw lahat ng fluids and lahat dapat sa kanila bibilhin. Eh alam naman natin na half the cost of parts pag sa labas bibilhin, eh oem din naman nabibilia sa Fronte/Goodgear/Seiring. One time pa nga, nakasabay ko taga Casa as Seiring at Fronte getting parts from them. The nerve of these Hyundai people to say warranty is void if parts are bought outside the casa, specially the Engine Oil. Eh mas magandang oil pa nga nabibili sa labas like Motul, Mobil 1 and SK ZIC sa HGMO nila. Hay naku, these HARI/Hyundai People only concern is how they will up their sales nad their Company's Bottomline and not the welfare of their CUstomers. They should always remember that they are SERVICE Oriented Companies.

if you are religiously following the strict PMS schedule of Hyundai for your unit plus getting all the parts from them, then you can go to any hyundai casa for warranty claim because they will have a very hard time looking for an excuse to void your warranty claim. the parts availability depends on HARI and not the CASA so all CASAs will course any warranty claim thru HARI. I firmly believe that whatever available parts are stocked in the casa are for use of paying customers only and not for warranty claim. that's why all warranty claim parts become available from 30-90 days.

But from majority of feedbacks from hyundai santa fe owners, they have the best experience with Hyundai Dasmarinas, Las Pinas, Alabang and Iloilo. Casas to avoid are Shaw Blvd, Commonwealth and E.Rod. So far, personally, I've had one PMS done at QA and I would rate them as Slightly below Satisfactory. Sa warranty claim, they SUCK and FAILED my expectations.

    *GS, thanks for the advise.

Mukhang isa dalawa lang yata ang matinong Hyundai casa a. Any feedbacks with Hyundai Dasma and Hyundai Macapagal?

ang tanong how long will it take before HARI will replace the dealer stock item use to replace such part as warranty. Though all dealers will honor any warranty claim palagay ko mas madali ka maka claim Kung saan ka nagpapa PMS kasi kilala ka na ng mga SA kesa walk in ka lang then am warranty claim ka pa.

checking my owner's manual (HMC ang nag copyright), PMS is 15000 km or 12 months (sa Middle East 10000 km)

compared sa service passport (printed sa Phil so kay HARI), yun PMS naging 5000 km or 3 months

3Months or 5t KMS is for severe conditions using ordinary miniral oil... 6months or 10k when using fully synthetic...
