2011 Hyundai i10

my i10's shifter got stuck and wouldn't go to other gears after we used the reverse. happened yesterday. na-encounter niyo na ba itong problem? technicians will arrive tomorrow to fix it but not without a 1,500 pesos service chorvah. and titingnan pa daw kung warrantable ang defect. bago pa i10 ko, just this january namin nakuha. nakakainis tong nangyari sa amin.

Haven't encountered that. Mine is A/T as well. Driving it for 3.5 years now. Haven't heard from others neither. My only trouble with my i10 is the wind shield washer, it trips the fuse every time I use it. Hindi ko pa na papa-check. Anyone has any idea of DIY fixes?

Nakakalito kasi, pag start mo naka-off un indicator light sa speedometer cluster, pag pinindot mo un O/D... mag-"on" un indicator pero sinasabi O/D off. Patulong naman po. tnx!

Mas economical ang naka Overdrive ON, as always. You're engine is spinning on lower RPM thus more relaxed ang engine on OD ratio which is the 4th gear. Pag naka Overdrive OFF yan, hindi mo maa-access ang 4th gear.

Hindi, sadyang malayo lang talaga ang biyahe mula bahay hanggang office. Average 109km ako per day from Pulilan to Makati and BGC. Binababa ko pa kasi si misis sa BGC.

Yung sakin kasi 1.1 na AT. Ang nakukuha ko lang average 12-13km/L, mixed driving (NLEX-EDSA), usual route papasok: Pulilan - BGC(drop-off si Misis) - Makati; Pauwi: Makati - BGC (Pickup si Misis) - Pulilan. Mostly via EDSA. Pag late, nag C5 nako. Mostly ang traffic na-encounter ko pag pauwi lang sa hapon. 4:30 ako umaalis Makati, around 5:20pm nasa EDSA na kami. Pag umaga wala masyado traffic kasi maaga kami.

Monitored my FC based on full tank method. Medyo disappointed nga ako sa FC nitong sasakyan, akala ko kaya niya 14-16km/L. Don't know kung mag-improve pa ito, since nakaka 1,700km palang ang ODO reading ko. Petron unleaded ginagamit kong gas. Sinubukan ko minsan Shell Unleaded, panget ang hatak niya. Caltex di ko pa na subukan.

actually sir, okay na yung 12 to 13 kms for a 1.1 AT car...yang ang kadalasang akala natin...the smaller the engine, we are expecting a lot from the fuel consumption.. unless diesel, thats a different story...

Pagdasal ko nalang talaga na sana bumaba pa ang presyo ng gasolina.

Share ko lang po yung rpm at speed na nakukuha ko sa sasakyan ko.
1500rpm - 50km/h
2000rpm - 70km/h
2500rpm - 80km/h
3000rpm - 100km/h

Di ko pa nasubukan taasan sa 3000rpm yung sasakyan, even after my first PMS. Siguro subukan ko minsan pagkatapos ng 5000km PMS ko. Hehe...
