Went there din yesterday. They said nasa warehouse ang red elantra kaya naghanap pa ko sa iba dealer. Ended up in greenhills this AM, they had the red model sa basement. Immediately I started the ball rolling...
IMO these local units have better interiors. Specifically the plastics are of lighter color. Sa MIAS dark ung lower plastics pati inside ng door. The model I saw had gray colored plastics and doors. The logo in the front grille outside, I prefer the one in the MIAS unit which the same as those in the Accent. The latter looks like it had two separate lines on both sides of the logo. The Elantra I saw had one continuous line just arcing below the logo

Grabe! The manager is a douche! It's good you cancelled it outright. I feel that Hyundai employees has no training in professionalism.

What about the tint? I think they should compensate you for that.

Which Hyundai dealership is this? SAs aren't supposed to use ready-to-be-released units as showroom cars.

sa hyundai baliwag bulacan po sha, yun nga ang sabi ko sa kanila dapat hindi na nila pinakikialaman yung unit ready for release na, kaya lang habang nagpapaliwanag sila lalo lang nakakapang-init ng ulo mga katwiran nila, kesyo hindi daw nila alam na andun yung may-ari at hindi daw nila control kung ano gusto gawin ng mga tumitingin/nag-iinquire sa unit ko.

pero ok na din sakin nangyari dahil lalong napaganda ang deal ko sa ibang dealer, free insurance with AOG and full windshield 3m tint bigay sakin, bank P.O. at lowest rate pa nakuha ko. 15.46% for 3yrs OMA. kung 2yrs naman kaya daw ibigay ng 8% OMA.

Just saw a red elantra in Lipa City. Nagpapalit ng mags I think. Di ba maapektuhan warranty pag change mags?
Was shocked earlier when my dealer wanted the 25% dp in cash. Sa Honda City ko everything was check payment. Buti na lang meron compromise

First critic: not ipod optimized. Difficult to find the songs I want, wont read playlists, and can't read iPhone.
1st concern: trip meter says 11L/100km, which is equal to about 9km/L. Can't confirm this since I wasn't the one who drove the car earlier

9km/L ? Pure city driving ? If so, then that's pretty good. Expect it to be better after you break it in properly.

I'm not sure if that was instantaneous or average fuel consumption. I reset it before I read the manual. Full tank tomorrow morning then check fuel consumption from Taguig to Pasay and back

Hi guys im owning a manual 1.6 gl city driving is 10km per liter and kanina sa star toll nakuha ko ang 22km per liter !!! Speed is at 80 to 100km ... Sana mas gumanda pa pag katapos ng break-in 1000km.
