update lang sa OEM Fog Light Installation ko...

We finally got the fog light cluster indicator working. I was able to download a schematic diagram for the new Hyundai RB/Accent from hmaservice.com (Hyundai Motors America).

Meron na rin po ba na side mirror ang accent na pang 1.6 ung may side repeater parang sa accent blue? Para Ok na ung set up natin. May fog lamps and may side repeater.

BTW, passed by Goldrich sa Pampanga, may chrome accessories na sila doon sa mga interesado magkabit.
May chrome accessory pa nga sila dun sa small triangle shaped plastic beside the windows dun sa rear doors.

Located sila along OG road (national road from San Fernando Pampanga to Olongapo). kung galing ka ng NLEX San Fernando papunta ka ng bataan, mga 2km pa on your right side, bago umakyat ng flyover.

Ah, naalala ko na 'to (di na ako magka-Pampangan baka ma-offend iba hehe). Ito yung nagbebenta rin ng mga bumper kits within the same vicinity as the furniture sellers? HMMM... pwede pwede.

Bro I dropped by MASPRO kahapon and ask them about the fog lamp... the price is 7500.00 including: installation, 2 oem fog lamps, wiring harness, and the stalk switch. naka incorporate na pala ung switch sa switch handle ng head lamp.

Bale sabi ni sir Benjie, tatangalin ung switch ng head lamp then papalitan ng switch na bago kung saan may sariling switch ung fog lamp and ung head lamp.. and the best thing about this is walang puputulin na wiring. because it is all oem including the wirring harness.

Sabi nga ni sir Benjie meron daw mga casa na umoorder din sa kanya..

5 daw ung dumating na order nya ngayon 1 nalang ang available. Sabi ko sa kanya next month na ako mag papa install, pag dumating na ung next shipment nya..

*anyone meron ba nag bebenta ng mags nila na 16 sa stock ng 1.6accent?

Notes lang po sa installation:

>>> Tatangalin po yong steering wheel para ikabit yong multifunction switch (stalk switch).

>>> Sa installation ko, kami na mismo gumawa ng wiring, kasi di ko naibili, at saka my officemate picked it up sa Maspro kasi I am from cebu. Ang sa case ko, di pa alam ng CASA how to install it kasi wala pa raw silang detailed service & repair manual nang bagong accent, kaya ang ginawa ko, I downloaded the Wiring Harness Diagram ng Hyunda RB sa hmaservice.com (Hyundai Motors America). Yon ang ginawa naming reference sa installation and we successfully installed it like an OEM setup. Take note na sa US, fog lights are switched off if naka High Beam ka, kaya naka attached ang positive terminals (#87) ng relay sa LOW Beam wires (Hyundai RB). Do not follow that setup, you attached it to positive terminal of the park light (ASIA PACIFIC SETUP). Fog lights are on if park lights are on although you can switched the fog lights off even if the park lights are on.

*sir ikot, kung walang splice ng wires, kahit sa MASPRO ko pagawa, hindi mawawala yung warranty? tama ba? na excite tuloy ako.. kasi atleast 7.5k flat na lang yung babayaran instead na pakabit pa sa casa.. kailan daw next shipment nila?

Hi. Kamusta naman pala ang ride sa rim16? Balak ko din kasi mag mags ng 16x6.5. Kaso iniisip ko yung tilamsik pag indi pasok ang mags. Sakto na kaya ang 6.5 at lalagyan ko na lang ng mudguard?

It isn't silver sir. the extended portion ng fog lights is a reflective mirror like finish.

Yong bulb ng fog lights, I was using the stock bulb that goes with fog lights for about a week. Though ok naman, but I changed it to SplitFire bulbs. 27 Watts pa rin, but it's stronger than the stock bulb. 1k bili ko sa bulbs...
