Parang parehong may problem ah. It looks like your insurance is the culprit, hindi naman yan iipitin ng kahit sinong repair shop kung may LOA. Kapag ganyan insurance commission ata. But then, nakapagtataka din at bakit di makapag-issue si casa ng billing? Pag ganyan, sa Honda Cars Phils, Inc. ata dapat, sayang Ayala company pa man din itong dealer.

prudential guarantee insurance mo sir? AFAIK walang pera yan eh, kaya siguro hindi matapos yung car mo. yung kakilala ko may naka-accident siya na land cruiser (land cruiser's insurance was prudential guarantee) ok na sana ang usapan insurance to insurance na lang. pero sobrang bagal ng prudential guarantee magbigay ng estimate or yung billing invoice man lang dun sa insurance ng kakilala ko. tapos for a little damage sa may rear bumper, umabot ng 100K yung billing! ok na sana since participation lang naman babayaran dapat di ba? tapos isa pa, feeling namin na ni-convince nung lawyer ng prudential guarantee na mag-file pa ng civil case against dun sa kakilala ko na after a year or so, di pa rin resolved yung kaso.

March 3rd, 2014 08:22 PM #104Actually sa tingin ko may fault din ang Honda Alabang especially dun sa Insurance Coordinator nila. Hindi marunong maging proactive. Imagine tapos na ung QA/Leak Test, for release na ung sasakyan saka aayusin pa lang ung variance ng labor costs versus sa LOA ng insurance. Bat hindi inasikaso before hand. Pinasok ko sasakyan last October 23, 2013, nagpunta na ung insurance that week din alam ko and nagbigay na ng initial LOA na pwede iorder ung parts pero wala, inabot ng dalawang buwan na walang nangyayari. Verbal agreement lang from Insurance and dun sa coordinator pero ndi nila nirelay. So ayun.
Yes sir, Prudential Guarantee nga. Revised LOA na lang inaantay ko pero sobrang tagal magapprove. May 13k variance from their LOA vs sa Billing ng Honda. Since more than 3 yrs na sasakyan ko, magbabayad na ako ng 30% depreciation charge. Iniisip ko magpalit na ng insurance na ngayon kelangan ko na magrenew sa March 27. Nagleave pa ako today para lang antayin ung LOA kaso wala. Kakadepress na sya actually. =(

March 6th, 2014 08:43 PM #108next PMS ko sa May. Konting tiis na lang. So far so good naman ung aircon. Nakabiyahe pa naman ako from Alabang to BGC. Smooth ride. Ang konting nasira lang eh ung paa ko, naninibago ako dahil 4months akong nagcommute or nakikisabay. Hehe.
I totally agree. I am eyeing Honda Quezon Ave for body repair...

March 7th, 2014 01:57 AM #109OK MAPFRE insurance, mabilis mag process ng claim. Tawagan mo lang ang for insurance claims yung adjuster pupunta sa bahay. May accident form din sila for claims which you can use kapag wala kang police report, acceptable na yung form. No need for notary also.

This is our second time to have some parts replacement and it seems that the turn around time is very slow. We have also same situation with Toyota and Hyundai before and we have no problems with them at all. Fast service and fast delivery of parts. I hate to say this but I will never get a Honda car anymore! SLOW SERVICE and SLOW AVAILABILITY OF PARTS!
Buhay na buhay ang BGC this evening. Bukas halos lahat ng restaurants. Sabi pa nung isang cashier...
