ganyan din dati reaksyon ng mga tao nung unang nakita yung spy picts ng FD, pero nung nasanay na rin tayo sa itsura nya, at nung lumabas yung mga TUNED version nya ayun best seller na naman. ill wait for this car since medyo nakahipon na ako ng pera, pero kung talagang dissapointment talaga ito then madami naman 2nd hand FD ang binibenta ngayon tapos ung sulki pwede pang boost!! or k20 engine swap

that decal is only reserved for the Si version; which adds many many hp compared to regular civic.

the problem with the 9th gen civic is that the effort for this FMC version is like a half-hearted attempt to redesign the car. it's true that the current gen civic beat all other generations of civic sales-wise (at least in US) that's why they never really bothered to redesign the entire car. it's more like an MMC and not FMC.

btw, the latest pix that was posted, most of them are Si where the fender and tire gaps are more closer. The non-Si version will have a wider gaps in between, just an FYI.

Ganyan reaction ng tao sa halos lahat ng bagong kotse like

10th Gen Corolla - Half Hearted (kamukha ng 9th gen)
8th Gen Civic FD - Sagwa ng likod (mas maganda version ng euro at states)
3rd Gen City - Galant lang yung likod sagwa ng likod.
3rd Gen CR-V - Pangit ng grille.

Pero dinudumog pa din ng tao.

people continue to buy them because of their name... Honda and Toyota. I cannot help but feel that the creative designers of H&T are a step or two behind competitors who they used to dominate. Now honda is behind Hyundai na here in pinas.

Think of the 2012 civic design on a hyundai or kia badge... it would almost surely flop...

also... imho, hindi dinumog yung 3rd gen crv. Dinumog yung Fortuner, Montero at Tucson... but not CRV... and honda should be worried...

Hindi naman kasi same category yung CR-V, Montero Sport at Fortuner.

Kung sa CUV lang tayo titingin, marami parin ang CR-V.

Kaso from January 2010, mahina na ang CR-V dahil sa Tucson.

Oh well may bibili parin nyang new generation Civic..Yung ES na Civic na nga noon eh may bumili parin nyan kahit di sya kasing husay ng EK Civic.

Bolex, kung Hyundai ang next gen Civic baka dumugin din yan.

Kasi 3rd place na ngayon ang Hyundai and ang galing mag presyo ng Hyundai, undercuts the competition o kaya fully loaded for the same price compared to Toyota or Honda.

Kung Kia sure flop yang body na yan maganda man o hindi kasi overpriced ang mga Kia compared to a Hyundai or Mitsubishi.
