OT: Re price increase of the FD

Part of it got to do, I believe with the 2011 facelift Jazz price which will be going up by 30K-50K, if rumors are correct.

Part of it is to psychologically prepare the buying public for the new 2012 Civic projected unreasonably exorbitant price.

What has HCPI done to the FD Civic 1.8V to justify the Php 100K+ jump in price since 2006? The addition of ABS is all I can think of.
