By the way bisita lang siya ng kapitbahay namin

Try mo muna isumbong sa brgy. Capt sir... sabihin mo pano if may emergency and naka parada harap sa gate nyo ang sasakyan nya... mahirapan kayo lumabas... mga ganung scenario na mapilitan na hindi paparkingan ang harap ng gate nyo unless sa inyo yung sasakyan wherein you can drive it away if my emergency...

    Goodluck po!

the law on sidewalks is simple: the sidewalk belongs to the pedestrians.

it is difficult to expect some real positive activity from the barangay officials, regarding giving back to the pedestrian the sidewalk,
if the barangay office itself is on that sidewalk.

Should the barangay chairman and City Hall be given the mandate to issue permits to vendors and residents to block PUBLIC streets and sidewalks??? No wonder Metro Manila is screwed...

    from what i understand,
city streets are off-limits to mmda, unless they were invited by city hall.

    but yes,
it is public common sense that sidewalks are for pedestrian traffic and nothing else.
why this is so difficult to understand and follow, i do not know.
