So ginawa ko binayaran ko kaagad yung 2000.

Kikita ka pa ng malaki because of that.

Article of law saying that it is illegal to confiscate your license and license plate of your car. Even local city police or MMDA. 1991 pa ito and if you read this all the way and analyze these articles it says that it is still valid
cos (correct me with the term if I'm wrong) proactive

Ganun may exemption?
Ginagawa kasing kotongan. Kapag napagtripan manghuli e manghuhuli.

I also have a bad experience with the MMDA boys along the EDSA-TAFT MRT intersection.

I was coming from SM MOA going to Pasig via EDSA one rainy evening together with my relatives from abroad when we were caught in a heavy traffic. As I reached the stoplight intersection along EDSA-TAFT, i was passing on a green signal but just after the tail-end part of my car cross the part of the intersection it turned red. The a group of MMDA enforcers immediately waived their hands at us and other 3 cars imposing that a violation of beating the red light was committed. I was very pissed because they were not even controlling the traffic situation but instead stay under a shed to protect themselves from the rain. They just intend to apprehend motorist by inventing various traffic violations and taking advantage of the situation. I said to myself, I will not allow my family to be troubled and ruin their vacation by this worthless extorsionists. Its just my luck that right after crossing that intersection the road was already cleared of traffic. I quickly drove my car away and immediately escape the thugs just before they stand in front of my vehicle. It feels a blessing from heaven when this moments of crisis happens to you in the road and you get away with it victorious.

Some MMDA traffic enforcers for your information are former Metro-Aide street sweepers. And some are very old already and do not even know the meaning of various traffic signs and the basis of the violation they are accusing the motorists. No offense to Mr. Bayani Fernando but his office stinks and teeming with corrupt officials! No wonder he was so unpopular to the people, but maybe in Marikina he is. I hate everything MMDA! They are illegally exercising police powers when they apprehend us motorist and take our license, its not their job! For me their only job is garbage collection, land scapping, and flood control. If i were the president, I will abolished this lousy and useless institution. I hate Pink!

I agree with you to some extent, but not really abolish it - rather fox it; improve it, and develop it to grow further much more better.. Something like that..

Priority 1: Their damn Human Resource department should be all fired and hire new ones, else out source it to some private agency. They suck at hiring and assigning employees.

Second, is to orient and re-orient people of the law and rules at least via media I guess so that they know and can protect themselves from those corrupt public servants. Like what Raffy Tulfo, and his brothers are.

    Sir,

I feel like a goon asking this but, saan niyo po nalaman na walang beating the red light violation? Sorry for this question, nabiktima na ako ng ganito eh..QC enforcer pinara ako beating the red light daw eh YELLOW pa nung nagcross ako, malapit na malapit na sa intersection eh so I decided to go ahead kaysa slam on the brakes eh nasa 30kmh na takbo ko.. First time kong mahuli noon kaya I had no idea talaga..

Just a piece of advise. In that way, pati yung humuli sa iyo mapilitang mag personal appearance sa LTO office to air his/her side. Ayaw nila ng ganoong hassle.
