Actually, a lot of them have unregistered vehicles pa.
Yes, since they're the majority now, it seems.

pero as I always mention during tambikes...

remove half of MCs on the road and replace them with 25 year old corollas and lancers... traffic will be much worse!
The problem with MCs kasi is the perceived "freedom" that it affords the rider. Add to that the very low standard for law enforcement, it results to a very low bar for MCs to...

... squeeze in-between cars in a careless manner
    ... to counterflow
    ... to use the sidewalk
... to block pedestrian lanes or run them over
... disregard traffic lights, road markings and signs
    ... and everything in between

Driving a 4-wheeler comes with it an inherent limitation on your movement. For example, you will have to stay inside your lane. A car would have a more significant effect on traffic (and the attention of the traffic enforcer) if it stopped inside the yellow box. It can't just drive over the sidewalk or counterflow on one-way streets, among others. Of course, kamote grows everywhere but basing it strictly on numbers, MCs are the worst offenders, IMO.

ang only problem ko with NCAP is that super hirap i-contest yung violation...
    and privacy issues...

pero let's face it... nung may NCAP, cars wouldn't move an inch kahit may ambulance/fire truck pa sa likod nila...

I agree with bringing back NCAP. Driving was far less stressful when everyone was forced to err on the side of caution.

i am not in favor of NCAP.
but i am in favor of re-activating the signal light countdown timers.

    my feeling is,
there will be a lot less signal light-beating traffic violators, if said timers were functioning.

Too many PASAWAY motorcycle RIDERS on the street
