Ako naman, nung nagbabayad ng toll sa Subic Expressway, tinanong ako ng lady sa toll booth kung pa-Manila ako at kung pwede makisabay (mag-isa lang ako that time). I just politely said sorry and no, with a sheepish smile.

what takes the cake is... a couple of years a go.. while going down Baguio on a motorcycle.. I stopped to ask for directions near the Junction in La Union.. and after giving directions the guy I was asking directions from.. gous..'pasabay... malapit lang puntahan ko...."WTF..." hahahaha.....

Happened to me once. It was our anniversary and me and my girlfriend were just coming home from Laiya. A toll guy from Star Tollway asked if he could hitch a ride to the next exit. I was scared, to be honest. For all I knew, he could've been a murderer. But I said yes anyway, thinking that if I were in his shoes, it would mean so much if I got to hitch a ride. Turned out to be a pretty nice chap.

Very interesting thread.. I'm sure all of us in one way or the other have expereinced this...

In my case its a bit of the opposite.... My current squeeze.. when she sees people she knows in the village,, she goes, " Uy si ano... sabay na natin... " and I go.." uh-oh no way" but of course she gets her way...

Hahahah!!! Nangyari din sa akin yan.

I just pretended not I didn't hear what my passenger said. Diba the driver has to be 100% focused on driving? Dapat walang distractions kuno. :D

Anyway, may bago na akong tactic -- EVERYDAY after I park my car, I take out some stuff from my trunk and place it on my back seat.
I only leave the front passenger seat vacant.

So kung may magtanong, isa lang ang talagang pwede kong dalhin. Pag mang hakot siya, all I have to do is to show them my car with the back seat filled with all sorts of crap. Hehehehe. Actually, nag work ito most of the time. Meron pa ring cases na pinlit nilang i-defrag yung likod ng car ko para makapag kasya ng isang tao.


Also, like Cathy said, I absolutely hate it when passengers meddle with my A/C settings, my car stereo and open my glove compartment. Masyado daw malamig yung A/C ko so they'll sometimes shut the blower doon sa front passenger side. Tapos pagbaba, hindi i-re-reopen.
Pakikialamam pa yung radio station kung saan ako naka tune in.
And yeah, kadalasan yung floor mat sa likod, displaced na.

Buti na lang I was able to remove the stain (on my car seat of course....I could care less kung permanent na yunt stain sa clothes niya).

Buti na lang I was able to remove the stain (on my car seat of course....I could care less kung permanent na yunt stain sa clothes niya).

Happened to me before but she wasn't aware and i only saw it when i got home. I promptly removed all my seat covers and thankfully there was no stain. I had to fetch her the next morning again (we were working together on a project) and i noticed she first checked the seat and had a big relief on her face upon seeing no stain marks; di ko nalang sinabi that "she left her mark". No harm done.

Pero, after a while, at mabuti na lang at natanggal ang mantsa- naawa rin ako sa chic,- dahil hindi rin naman niya gusto ang nangyari....

madami talaga kulang or hindi na alam ang courtesy when it comes to these kind of things. me, i just make a nice excuse like what others say here " may dadaanan, sunduin si nanay, si tito, si tita, etc.." kaya yung arm rest sa likod ng mga sasakyan ko, nakababa at nakastich na sa upuan e :D it helps :D

Irritating as it may be if you're the one na naabala, yes it is true that it's better that way then the other way around. Same goes with pautang right? Better na ikaw ang may pera at ikaw ang makakatulong sa iba kaysa ikaw ang nangangailangan ng pera. The only problem really is ang dami talagang abusado indeed.
