August 29th, 2010 12:06 PM #64only in the philippines... walang political will... walang pagbabago...
i don't understand why people have to buy tricycles or motorcycles when they can convert there bicycle to pedicab and put in a motor without having to register in lto and not buy insurance and not follow stoplights and counterflow

Lim bans ‘kuliglig’
by Jerry S. Tan Tuesday, 07 September 2010 19:39
MANILA Mayor Alfredo S. Lim yesterday ordered the banning of the 3-wheeled motorized pedicabs or “kuliglig” in all city streets.
The “kuligligs” have been plying the street based on temporary permits in the absence of an ordinance authorizing their operation.
These “kuligligs” have been the subject of several complaints for causing air pollution and worsening the traffic situationLast edited by ghosthunter; September 8th, 2010 at 01:29 PM.

September 8th, 2010 05:24 PM #67Words are cheap. Ordinances are so, too.
Lim already banned street drinking. May nangyari ba? Wala.
I will only believe it so if a day passes by without me seeing any of these three-wheeled fartcycles on the streets.

dapat sinama narin mga pedicabs. they are similar to kuligligs, counterflow kahit saan and they are road hazards. difference lang nila is their slower.

Yeah...
How can you expect the city government to solve other, more major problems?
Buhay na buhay ang BGC this evening. Bukas halos lahat ng restaurants. Sabi pa nung isang cashier...
Traffic!
