Why doesn't the MMDA or LTO apprehend those drivers whose headlights are constantly on bright? As far as I know, that's illegal. It poses a danger to other motorists.

We have motorists here too who leave their brights on sometimes and stay behind me. What I do is I adjust my mirrors so they reflect the light back at the offending driver. Works really well. The driver either pulls back or overtakes.

Coz you can just flip the switch and it's on low beam already. Seriously, they're not qualified to even implement the very rules that they should be implementing.

The number of balasubas drivers are multiplying...and they don't have the slightest inkling that their driving ettiquette is bad...

Mostly PUVs and MCs. Not surprised at all.

Another thing that annoys me: Mga naghihintay ng susunduin nila dito sa Reedley International School near the intersection of Ortigas and C5. Ginagawang parking lot ang isang lane kaya masikip lagi ang traffic. Dati may billboard pang naka-display dun sa school na parang "I tell my driver the exact time to pick me up, I do not cause traffic" or something in that sense. Hehe.

Bad motoring etiquette: What you hate the most.
