You really can’t go beyond the line before the yellow box or block the crosswalk. With a timer, makes anticipation easier. Am I glad I don’t need to drive in Manila. The South is friendlier.

City of Manila --
What is shown on the timer is different from when the signs turn red/green.
What do you do when the light turns red but the timer still says 40 and is in green? After thinking about it, the answer is... whenever any of the lights turn red, you stop... but that's an accident waiting to happen.
Nasty driving experience
One thing I like about Parañaque, the TEs are more lenient. If you get caught in the yellow, they find a way to get you through. There are TEs on some crosswalks.

Yes agree wholeheartedly with those not following the zipper lane method of merging. Whether its on the highway or in parking lots nakakairita po.
Another one for me are lane straddlers who take up two lanes. Bonus pa kung mabagal sila!

Pinakahate ko yung alanganin cut tsaka yung lampas sa lane magdrive, including those mc's driving along the lane divider kasi essentially you're taking up 2 lanes.
Kagabi sa Paseo there's this car na hindi ko malaman kung papasok ba sa lane ko or di marunong sumunod sa lane kasi sumasagad. Wala naman din kasi signal tapos alanganin dahil ang lapit niya lang and I was kinda fast, wala kasing sasakyan and hinahabol ko yung green light. So binusinahan ko, hindi na nagcut, pero huminto before tumawid ng Ayala, on a green light, taking 2 lanes including mine. Nagtaka ako bakit huminto akala ko pinapahinto kami ng TE. Paandar na ulit ako nung nagbaba ng bintana, gusto pala ako iroad rage. Pero wala akong time at naka green so iniwan ko. Nakakatawa lang na ganun siya magmaneho tapos may gana pa talaga siyang makipagaway sa gitna ng Ayala, on a green light, and the presence of traffic enforcers.

you know what gets their ire even more riled up?
kung walang mag-react sa kanilang arte. just stare at them, with nary a blink of an eye.
eventually, they drive away, angrier still, because they were not able to make you react.
"feeling nila, silang nag-mukhang tang-a."
It's not solely on the side mirrors adjustment. It's the person driving who must take that into consideration and drive defensively.
You can adjust the side mirror and be more considerate and careful but the side mirror won't adjust by itself.

Fasten your seatbelt! Or else...Driven To Thrill!
moving one's head from side to side and front to rear, while eyeing the side mirror, actually increases one's rear angle of rear view.
but it takes practice.
some major roads, are (temporarily) devoid of guide lines painted on the road surface.
this makes for difficult driving, especially at night.
hindi ko alam, na pumapaling na pala ang sasakyan...
attn slex!
