Then this white van ignored the line at pumunta sa harapan Trying to cut in sa bandang harapan. Di ko na nakita ano nangyari.
Speaking of Southmall, ano ginagawa sa mga Parking lot nila? if they are turning it into another mall eh halos nangalahati parking lot nila kaya sobra hirap mag Park. kung Parking building naman yun eh sobrang dami na nilang Parking lot.

I'm guessing it's another one of their condos. Tinatyaga ko talaga ang basement parking. More often than not, konting ikot lang may nababakante namang slot.
May additional parking dun sa other side ng lane na pa-exit to Mooonwalk. Medyo malayong lakaran nga lang to the mall entrance.
I have not seen a plan that it will be a condo building bro.... [Only the one at the back is the SM condo building... (I am hoping na hindi balasubas sa mga amenities ang mga locators dito)...]
So I am hoping an extension of the mall, a parking building or an office building.
The one at the old HW shops along Zap-Alab Rd (to your right when you face SM from Zap-Alab Rd),- is Ayala Property,- and so most probably, Avida/Aveo residential condo building...

OT:
Las Piņas doesn't need more residential spaces, imo.
What it needs is more places to setup offices para hindi na kelangang dumayo ng mga taga south (myself included) sa congested business districts...

the freaking idiotic driver of this Subaru wrx "stitched" the entire length of nlex kanina from shell balagtas all the way to petron sta rita. kaliwat kanan ang swerving, ginawang race track ang expressway at slalom pylons ang mga sasakyan. bad thing dami pa namang pebbles at buhangin na nagliliparan at tumatama sa hood at windshield ng mga sasakyan! [emoji49][emoji49][emoji107] ok lang siya ang maaksidente, paano kung may madamay pa siyang iba?

I remember back in the day when a Baguio trip had to be via a two lane McArthur Highway and part of the game was passing slow and stubborn vehicles from the kuliglig, to the sugar cane trucks, to buses and cars who refused to drive faster but also refused to be passed. My dad always hated doing rest stops as when he got back on the road, he would have to pass again the cars we passed earlier.![]()
you are still behind him though.. so either you drive like toledo or he drive like mr. bean.

nope. we are in the fast lane he keeps on chaging lanes. since two lanes lang after balagtas, pag naiipit siya lipat sa kanan. pag naipit sa kanan lilipat sa kaliwa. you cannot move fast due to volume of traffic. when he sees an open space bibirit na naman. kaya maaabutan mo rin naman dahil sa constant lang yong flow ng traffic sa fast lane..hay

^Not familiar with NLEX pero wala talagang overtaking lane dyan? Speed limit? compared to slex?
If you're "babad" in fast lane di ba may mali ka rin and lahat ng babad dyan?
This is the portion that's mostly under construction (2-lanes with barriers so the road is narrow). Traffic is generally slower there nowadays and the best thing to do is for all to keep a constant speed for your lane, with ample distance maintained. However there are Slow Moes that cause things to slow even more, and couple it with the impatient Fast Jacks, you have cars who slip left and right. It's okay if the road is dry, there's ample space to switch lanes cleanly and traffic ahead is clear once you pass the backmarkers, but if traffic volume is heavy, the best is to really just follow the flow.
