Hahaha! Kaya pala. According to union motors paco " your concern on the manufacturing dates of the seatbelts has nothing to do with the year model of the car. When we talk of the year model, we mean the make ( outside appearance ) and new features of the unit." i was shocked! So expect from them that consumer will not received 100% fresh brand new unit.

Maliit na issue lang ang Seatbelt manufacturing date.

Palitan or ibenta mo na lang ang Fuzion mo and never buy a Mitsubishi again. Natanggal pa ang sakit sa ulo mo.

So dahil sa isang NOS na part, which I believe is still working and not faulty, and you noticed it after 2 years of using the car, you sued the manufacturer and asking for a brand new replacement car?

And do you expect every parts in a new car are all brand new and manufactured in the same date you purchased it?

Hiring a lawyer and spending time for this case cost money. Kaya nga kung ako yung TS eh ibenta ko na lang at palitan ng iba. Mas malaki pa matitipid mo.

If I considered it unsafe, then I'll replace it that suits my needs asap. No need to sue the manufacturer. From the money that I can saved from a lawsuit(attys fee, court fee, etc.), I can use it to buy a better and safer car for my family.

If you have a lot of money to burn for the lawsuit, then goodluck and may the force be with you.
