and when buying the next car check the manufacture year of every single part pati mga tornilyo
Palitan or ibenta ang sasakyan nya? Ok lang kung sandamakmak ang salapi ni TS. Pinaghirapang pera nya yun and he deserves a quality car because he bought it BRAND NEW!
so the seatbelts of all cars more than 10 yrs old are no longer safe?
so lahat ng sasakyan na more than 10 yrs old kailangan palitan ng new seatbelts?
thanks to all tsikoteers who felt our sentiments. join us and be vigilant to fight our rights as consumers.
So dahil sa isang NOS na part, which I believe is still working and not faulty, and you noticed it after 2 years of using the car, you sued the manufacturer and asking for a brand new replacement car?
And do you expect every parts in a new car are all brand new and manufactured in the same date you purchased it?
Hiring a lawyer and spending time for this case cost money. Kaya nga kung ako yung TS eh ibenta ko na lang at palitan ng iba. Mas malaki pa matitipid mo.
our family consider a car as our second home. when safety is at risk would you still drive an unsafe car with your family. yes or no.
If I considered it unsafe, then I'll replace it that suits my needs asap. No need to sue the manufacturer. From the money that I can saved from a lawsuit(attys fee, court fee, etc.), I can use it to buy a better and safer car for my family.
If you have a lot of money to burn for the lawsuit, then goodluck and may the force be with you.
