what is R.A. 7394?
i think ten years a 1998 part is too much.
Well abiut sa demandahan
Personally it may not be worth the aches and pain that you will go through.
Naging option ko yan, Fusion. Buti na lang hehehee
so much pain and headache para lang sa isang freaking seat belt...
is it functioning properly or not? kasi kung ok pa naman siya eh you could just live with it. ang gastos ng ginagawa niyo kade-demand ng brand new car for just a seat belt problem. if you want a break through sa seat belt safety then go for takata seat belts which inflates (available sa 2012 ford explorer), if just the same common na nili-limit lang yung force then ok pa siguro yang naka-saksak sa fuzion niyo.
tama sila, gastos sa atty, etc etc. why not use those money instead to buy a much more safer brand new car? sell your fuzion earlier para maka-iwas ng sakit sa ulo and at the same time iwas sa depreciation ng value niya. having the guts to sue them is great pero kung magiging practical ka lang then you know what to do.
no offense but i personally dont like the fuzion at all even when it was introduced, (napaka-hina ng sales niyan as far as i can tell).
if safety is one of my best concerns then i'd go for AWD cars combined with more safety features than what that fuzion could only offer, regardless the price and the fuel consumption. i don't like the fuzion in terms of safety anyway.
hi, just want to update everyone about our fight vs. union motors paco. Last week, we just had a mediation at DTI office. It was a tiring day. Now they're blaming the Mitsubishi Plant for vehicle's imperfections. We will be meeting again on Monday plus the plant representatives. I hope everything will be settle in accordance with our demands.
Today is our worse day. Ang tigas talaga ng mukha nila. Kahit sabihin ng dti officer na this is a case of fraud. We will not disclose any info regarding with our next move for now, but we wil surprise them.
How would you react if you got chop chop parts in your brandnew car and dealer just said "no comment".
not sure if this was posted here before, but a friend of mine told me about this:

updates: mitsubishi motors called up and asked for a close meeting schedule. Hoping for a better resolutions.
Nothing Happened to the close-door meeting set by the Mitsubishi Motors Plant. According to Mr. Manager "Manufacturing dates 98/5/13 on seatbelts were not as date but rather a batch code that only Chinese people can interpret". Do your think we can easily believe on that?![]()
Baka based yan sa Chinese Calendar pag gawang Taiwan or China. May ibang factories that still used that... is the tag heavy in Chinese characters? Malamang ganun since galing Taiwan yung Fuzion.

Type in the date in the Chinese date.
Lalabas na your seatbelt was manufactured in 2007.

Not even written as chinese character. Bureau of product standard for seatbelts order a mandatory standard. It should have an icc mark on it which doesnt have for us.
Brandnew unit attached with seatbelts with assorted taiwan manufacturer, with assorted manufacturing dates and without Mitsubishi Genuine Logo. Do you think this is FAIR enough![]()
pls do note that majority car parts are sourced-out from different suppliers. including seatbelts, headlights, seats etc...
Err...matagal na po car components are sourced from different manufacturers and subcontractors from different countries.
