i think reason din ang knowledge kaya the statistics is as it is.

    Basta naman nakakapagbasa, pede na.

Ang masama naun, wala naman halos natututunan sa driving school(walang tinuro saking right of way) at un iba sa fren/family natuto. Dapat magbasa pa ng driving manual(A1 has one). At least 1 household should have a copy.
At paminsan2x nire-review. Just like what we do with the bible. Dahil buhay ang nakasalalay sa pagda-drive.

I think it's more of who has learned acceptable road courtesy basics rather than educational attainment. This is in assumption that at least he/she has to be literate. (sadly, in the rural areas, you don't have to be literate to get a license, we had a driver before with a red jacket license who couldn't even read nor write... no kidding... )

often times narerecognize ko ang sasakyan kapag tumatakbo, "ay babae yan...." and often times tama ako... no offense pero madalang ako makakita based on my own experience na magaling magdrive na babae... un ang palagi na pinag aawayan namin ng gf ko pag nagddrive, masyado daw ako... super discrimination daw.... pero sabi ko, "sori naman... pero ikaw na rin ang naging witness diba, countless times na sinasabi ko na anu ba naman etong driver na ito... then nakita natin eh lady driver pala...."... sometimes i cant blame it to her, pero most of the time na napapa-angal ako sa nagmamaneho sa harap ko eh pag tingin ko babae talaga, there was one instance na ung gf ko mismo naasar, i was driving but she was the one who pressed the horn continously, kasi ung nasa harap namin ang hirap tantsahin, hindi mo malaman kung mag leleft or didiretso, asar na asar sya, then nung naka on shoulder na namin nakita namin na lady driver pala.... so i just grinned... a very big grin and did not even say a thing nor even chuckled, but a very big smile followed... then my gf stared at me and got a lil angry... and she said... nagkataon lang... hehe... sabi ko "Palagi naman...palagi ka in denial hehehe"

But on the bright side, women are fast catching up, to think that they only had been recently introduced to the world of automobile driving en masse compared to men. Fast learners talaga sila. There is even a VOLVO YCC, a female inspired concept car designed by women too. (walang hood!!!)

One thing I know that all of you will agree is that Women are better backseat drivers than men.

Like when I'm driving ituturo ni misis liko dito, liko doon, stop dito, stop doon, wag magovertake, ang bilis na ng takbo mo dear (we were only doing 70kph that time), balik muna tayo sa mall me nakalimutan akong bilhin (nasa highway na kayo sa labas ng mall). Get the picture?

With the SUV as the vehicle of choice of women today, more emphasis is given to power and utility. Is this also true for Filipina drivers? What do you think?
Could it be. Once I was watching on the TFC news channel (isang bandila) and I can believe it that halos 90 percent ang mga tinanong na driver tungkol sa mga road sign ay hindi alam ang meaning. So no wonder na mas marami ang lalaki na involve sa aksidente dahil hindi nila alam ang highway regulation. So kung meron kayong mga tsuper better give them a remedial exam, perhaps ask ourselves too. Kaya?

tama yun mga nagsabi na wala silang sense of distance or speed napansin ko din yun lalo na yun road courtesy.

and more importantly napakaunpredictable! true to their nature! hindi mo alam kng kakaliwa o kakanan minsan. atsaka liko ng liko.

atsaka bakit yun iba na nagbebenta ng oto nilalagyan pa ng LAdy Driven as if naman advantage yun at pampataas ng presyo. mga walang alam lng sa oto nauuto nun linyang yun hehe

Gets.

Why let the student-driver hug the innermost lane....

yup. woman are more finest in driving. they even prevent road rage. cno ba ang gustong umaway sa babae sa gitna ng daan? but.....i wont buy any cars being driven by woman. why? cars being driven by woman have the most no. of dents, bumps and scratches dents and bumps, woman are not more into defensive driving kc nga sa sobrang finest nila magmaneho but woman pro racers are not included. scratches, sa sobrang dami nilang accessories sa katawan ay di maiiwasang magasgasan ang body ng auto nila i rest my case period yun pa pala isa may period cla kaya parating may stain ang upholstery joke lang

MOST of the women that i know/driven with are loca :screwloose: hahaha! They tailgate worse than me, they overspeed double but sometimes triple the speed limit and does all sorts of things while on the road like putting make up and using their kness while driving. i have seen that scenario before! :hysterical: im never ever riding shotgun again unless im the one on the drivers seat :bwahaha:

hmnnn, i think men and women are equal when it comes to driving skills...merong maingat at merong barumbado ke babae pa yan or lalaki...
