Patulong naman po. Did you experience in your Eve na parang may naipon na tubig somewhere (very near front passenger side) Kapag nag-break ka, naririnig mo galaw ng tubig. Saan kaya iyon? Very irritating ung sound.

    Appreciate your advice.

Thank you Sir Noel. Actually, i found the culprit. There is a drain plug near the steps. Na-drain. Thanks again.

    Ok. So, sa aircon nga.

    Hi guys! Pa-advice lang pls.

Just got a 2013 Everest A/T (facelift), with 14500km odo reading, pina 15000km PMS ko na din siya sa casa just to make sure everything is in tip-top shape. After PMS ok naman daw lahat, just need to replace brake pad sa next PMS.

Pero after a week with the Everest I discovered some irritants:

    1) Jerky/unsmooth power delivery (not sure if its the turbo or the transmission) like everytime magaccelerate upon up-shift may gentle jerk/kalog and sometimes parang hindi alam ng transmission kung up-shift ba siya or down-shift so delayed yung power delivery. Normal ba sa Everest to?

    2) Before PMS ok naman alignment ng steering wheel pero after PMS may kabig na to the right. Tapos nung Sunday I took it to Subic to futher test the car, by 120kph steering wheel starts to shake.

FC ko kung city is 8-9kpl under heavy to moderate traffic sa Manila.

Thanks for the quick reply Noel!

Ito pala tinatawag na shift shock. So normal talaga to sa Everest?

Kasi 2013 Sorento namin smooth na smooth at very fast acceleration. Sa Eve naman in comparison bigat ng feeling and sometimes hindi pa makadecide kung upshift ba o downshift dapat.

Sa mall parking area and condo naman or pag akyat ng incline basta naka 2nd or 3rd gear ok naman hatak so I guess no problem naman engine. Yun lang pag naka (D) drive parang under powered..

Tapos yung fuel gauge ang BILIS bumaba! Mamimiss ng pera ko wallet ko. Hahah!

Mga Sir I have a question, I have a 2010 model Everest sabi sakin ng SA na pudpod na daw ang Brake pads so kelangan palita at resurface. Ang price e 16k, I know mahal tlaga sa kasa kaso naka warranty kase ng 5 years and unit ko. Too much ba ang 16k for brake pads and resurface ng rotor? TIA

    *aricomambo,
Presyong bagong rotors na ata yan ah. Why not have it checked outside? Not sure how much magpa-resurface g rotor though pero iniisip ko dapat wala pang 1K each rotor.
