yes, free pa ang 1,000 km check up kasi di naman kailangan mag change oil. check-up lang ng tires, tightening of bolts, checking of fluids (power steering, coolant, brake fluid, etc.)
... estimated P6k to P10k yun.
we are planning to replace our Crosswind extreme with new ford everest.. is it a good buy? thanks
It's only a tad bouncier probably due to stiffer springs for higher payload capacity. You will also feel that you are riding a truck, and I'm saying it as a complement (very solid feel). But when you go fast in uneven roads, the everest seems to be more planted and there is less vibrations felt in the steering wheel. And surprisingly, despite the everest's weight, there is less understeer compared to the strada. But I like them both, syempre.![]()

miss kate it depends on your needs, kung space, power and at the same time with less engine noise and fuel efficiency the new eve is good buy and best value for your money... but keep in mind because the eve is truck-built for toughness, some go for the fortuner and sta fe coz they have other preferences i.e. looks, interiors etc
You're right. Let's put it this way. The strada absorbs bigger bumps better while the everest absorbs smaller bumps better and you will appreciate this much more when turning fast on uneven roads. The strada seems to jump in this situation. It's like the front suspension is much better on the everest while the rear suspension is much better on the strada.
If you can soften the rear suspension of the everest, then it would be perfect.
It's down to shocks. The Everest has much stiffer shocks. That's good for small bumps, but limits suspension compliance of larger bumps. Makes for much better handling.
What would be nice is if the Everest had stiffer anti-roll bars, so they could soften the rear shocks without inducing too much body sway.
Baka early next year ako magpapalit ng tires kasama pati mags. Nagsimula na akong mag-ipon![]()
