Baba ng mileage! Kung wala talagang anumang problema kotse mo, I suggest taas mo pa, 450k at the very least. But the best is to sell to individual buyer. Hanap ka ng kakilala o kaya post ka ng ad sa Sulit, lagay ka ng detailed pics at info. Di magtagal may tatawag yan.

Glad I can help. I had some idea of the price since we just recently bought a 2006 Mazda Tribute 2.3 4x2 with 40tkms on the clock for 450k from a used car dealer (who happens to be a friend). The deal actually was trade in our 2003 Ford Escape 2.0XLT (52tkms) with its value pegged at 300k and then add 150k.

Average PMS Cost in Ford Alabang is 5500. Sa kanila lahat ng parts at supplies.
My Escape is 2010 XLT. So far no major issues naman. Nasa 27T kms na natakbo.

What exactly under chassis protection your asking, do you mean under coat ? It won't affect your warranty. I think Petron along SLEX do this stuff.

Ganyan din sir nangyari samin 3 weeks ago. Gusto ni insurance sa kanila gagawin yung starex namin. Nag insist kami na sa casa ipapagawa kasi mejo malaki damage and for peace of mind na din. And we don't trust those talyer ng insurance after sa bad experience namin 6 years ago. Ayun pumayag naman si insurance na sa casa ipagawa. :D

Onga sir skin mas gusto ko casa kaso nga lang magbabayad daw ako ng 35% depreciation ksi 6 yrs old na ung unit. Dinala ko na lang sa talyer nila no choice ako kasi wala ako mailalabas na pera, estimate kasi nasa 150k (30% 45k na agad). Mas mataas pa yan sa casa ayun nakakalungkot lang talaga.
