Altho may nakausap or nabasa ko ata way ack... Sa mmla di gaano issue sa ford yung diesel issues here. Bu sa provinces ( where fuel storage and handling practices may not be clse to ideal..).

I wonder if that's the final price or if its just an estimate.

The outgoing 156PS 3.0 XLT 4x4 AT starts at P1.438M.

    Update:
When you look for the Ranger at Horizoncars it goes to a sulit.xxx.xx page (seems to be a censored site here)
    Here it says...
    Estimated Price: P 1,400,000.00
I'm not sure if this is accurate, since they even have an estimate price for the All-new Focus 2.0 Powershift which has P1M listed as its estimated price.
Take note this model will be launched later this year, that's still a long way to go. (specs and info they listed for the all-new Focus seems to be taken from the US Ford website)

I'm not familiar with shops outside Metro Manila, but for those who live in Metro Manila, after the warranty period is over, most buy replacement parts in shops like Mazford & Fordland at Banawe, QC.

Am not sure the 2.2L version will be able enough to lug around a bigger body. Most of this Ranger's competition are in the 2.5 to 3L range. I feel this version of the Ranger will be sorely underpowered. Like the 2.8L Pajero of old. An underpowered engine lugging around a heavy rig like this will consume more fuel.

I think the real deal is in the 3.2L version. I just hope they announce this real soon. Otherwise, I might have to go with the Navarra.

The 2.2 will be enough. There have been numerous tests of it carrying heavy loads plus a 2.2 engine with turbo is sweet!

But then again I'd get winch to be sure and change to aggressive AT tires minimum or MT tires, a stock 4x4 has its limitations... Pero kung Baha lang ng Metro Manila is the reason why anyone is considering a 4x4 tama na ang 4x2.. Trust me on this taga Malabon ako... hehehe
Walang problema sa amin yan. Bago man o hinde, mapipilatan ka mag offroad at walang guilt factor.
Kudos sa mga taga-Bukidnon. We use our trucks the way it was built for.

The Ranger Wildtrak 3.2 4x4's price in Thailand is 1,049,000.00 Baht, roughly around P1.464M. If FGP starts selling it here with all the features found in the Thai version, the price might play around P1.464-1.470M due to the 0% import tariff rate of ASEAN made vehicles.

    Update from Ford Thailand;

Today we have sent letters via post to each our all-new Ranger Wildtrak customers to provide an update on the status of our production and current delays on delivery. The letter reiterates that the delays are largely a result of disruption to our production from last year’s floods, and the fact that some of our key suppliers are still in the recovery process.

Unfortunately, we could not have anticipated the current length of delays, and despite working around the clock at our plant and with our suppliers to improve the situation, our monthly production volume continues to be much lower than what is necessary to fulfill our current orders.

It is with much regret that we are still unable to provide our customers with a specific delivery date for their new Ranger Wildtrak, and for this, we offer our deepest and sincere apologies.

However, we did share other actions that we are taking, as we try to demonstrate our appreciation for the current situation of our Wildtrak customers:

    1. We have stopped taking any more new orders for the Ranger Wildtrak so that we can focus on completing deliveries of current orders as quickly as possible. That means we will not be taking Wildtrak bookings at the upcoming Bangkok Motor Show.

    2. We continue to work on improving the situation and will deliver vehicles to customers prioritized on the basis of the date of the original order and parts availability.

    3. We guarantee that all Wildtrak orders are price-protected, and will not be subject to any price increase.

    4. We will provide our customers with a further update in early May.

We do appreciate that some customers may not be willing or able to wait any longer and may wish to cancel their booking. Although we never want to lose a valued customer, we will ensure that our Ford dealers respect requests for deposit refunds should any customer wish to do so.

On behalf of Ford Motor Company, we again offer our sincere apologies for this situation. We greatly appreciate our customers’ understanding of what has been an extraordinary and unforeseen circumstance that continues to impact so many people and businesses throughout Thailand.

Customers with any questions are encouraged to contact their Ford dealer, or the Ford Call Center at 0-2686-5899 (Bangkok) or 1-800-293-333 (toll-free from upcountry).

    All New Ranger:

    Double Cab 4x4 XL M/T * 1,179,000
    Double Cab 4x2 XLT A/T * 1,119,000
    Double Cab 4x2 XLT M/T * 1,069,000

They are accepting reservations at MIAS now and will be available in July pa.

These prices are very competetive guys! Although i'm saddened that they didn't show the 2.2 4x4 Wildtrak variant they have it here as a previous poster showed the pics taken in Global City. It will most probably priced at 1.3m+
