About the price, if you think about it di rin naman kamahalan. Kasi kapag naiinitan ako bili ako dito sa amin ng buko juice with lychee... about P45-60 yata yung medium size. Hehe.

First tried this six years ago, in London - it's ok, but I didn't really find it anything special. Natatawa tuloy ako sa lahat ng attention at coverage ng product na ito lately Now Ben and Jerry's - yan ang sobrang favorite ko - I always had a pint, sometimes two, during the time I was assigned in the UK. And yes, meron ang S&R nito

Ayan, natikman ko na rin sa wakas. Just went down to the Mini-Stop across from us and got me a Chocolate Truffle. After mabuksan, sharing sila (a boy and two gals). How sweet. Hehe. Anyway, as they say nothing special. The Belgian chocolate coating reminds you of chocolates, say from Hersheys, while the filling inside naman reminds you of ice cream, like mga mocha or choco flavored. So if you find the coating good, buy ka na lang ng chocolate. If the filling appeals to you, just buy a choco/mocha ice cream. Given that, the price is quite reasonable na rin naman, but as with many here... masarap pa rin yung pinipig crunch natin, both the choco and the butter flavor.

The chocolate coating is good and the ice cream is creamier than the usual pinipig crunch.

Would I buy it? Probably not. I think medyo mahal siya. Probably too much hype din kaya ang daming bumibili. After 3 months siguro or after summer wala na masyadong bibili.

ice cream is luho. transportation is a necessity. if your officemate sees that his money is decreasing due to his unwanted expenses, he can cut his luho. but he cannot cut his transportation. that's where the importance of the 50 centavos come in. yun kapag paycheck to paycheck na yun living mo with nothing to spare the day before sweldo.

and i doubt that he would buy that ice cream everyday

i do complain about the rising fuel prices, but still buy 1.5L of ice cream
