i like mine over hard most of the time. sometimes over easy but rarely.

an egg a day is okay as long na wala kang problems with cholesterol and heart problems, sabi ng cardiologist,

I do and masarap ang century egg kahit bare mo lang itong kakainin. Yun nga lang, may kamahalan ang century egg.

I love sunny side up eggs and the egg yolk na hinahalo sa kanin

ako sunny side up na medyo raw pa yun yolk. do you eat you egg with ketchup or soy sauce?

I've read somewhere na there's a new studies na egg is actually good cholesterol.

During our Boy Scout days,- mayroong nag-demo ng inihaw na itlog sa Jamboree namin sa Mt. Makiling.... Tinuhog sa barbecue stick tapos,- iniihaw sa open fire... Hindi ko lang alam ngayon, kung papaano hindi tumapon ang laman ng fresh na itlog... Anybody has done this?

Masarap iyon nuong pinatikman sa amin....
