Re: The Best Chinese Restaurant Me and most people I know have come up with the collective opinion that Emerald Garden in Roxas Blvd. (infront of U.S. Embassy) and Century Seafood Restaurant (Sheraton Hotel in Malate) offers the tastiest chinese food in town.
