    ano ba ibig sabihin nito...?

    Ibig ba sabihin dun kana mas mambabae at hihintayin na hindi maghard si manoy...

    Mas bata mas madaling bumata? Tama ba

    Sabi nang isang barkada ko.. na may pitong kabit na puro mga bata at sosyal. Lahat may kaya sa buhay wala sya ginagastos ni isang kusing.

    Sinasagad na daw nya kasi pagtungtong daw nya sa edad na 40 malamang daw hindi na yun libre at magbabayad na sya.

    Life begins at 40 dati aksi maag mag-asaw mga tao noon. Kaya pag-40 balik binata pero maraming pera kay travel na lang ng travel and good time. So Life as in enjoying life to the fullest sa 40 start. Hindi na ata applicable ito ngayon, Life begins at 50 na ata kasi 30 is the new 20.

    On a serious note, they say: "Life begins to be better in one's middle age." I guess desert fox hits this saying the closest.

    A soldier during the 40s once said to his wife, ""The average woman does not know how to breathe, sit, stand or walk. Now I want women to train for the special duties which may devolve upon them in war time. Death begins at thirty, that is, deterioration of the muscle cells sets in. Attention to diet and exercise would enable men and women to live a great deal longer than they do today. The best part of a woman's life begins at forty."

    sabi ng mga kano life begins at 40

    coz at that age financially stable na sila and their kids are no longer babies

    they have more leisure time, can afford to buy things they want, are generally happier

    kaya yun

    i guess mejo ganyan na din ang pinoy

    by age 40 many pinoys are already financially stable

    kita niyo mga professionals and businessmen -- those in their late 30s, 40s, 50s -- they're the ones who have disposable income

    sila yung bumibili ng Porsche, Audi R8 etc

    --

    look PNoy and friends

    they're in their 40s and 50s

    rich, powerful. rulers of the land. top of the food chain

    money, cars, guns, girls, private parties

    can life get any better?

    pag umabot ka 40 swerte ka na

    but coz of modern meds, healthcare and nutrition, people easily live past 40. healthy and strong pa

    hindi ba ibig sabihin na at age 40 dun mo pa lang mararanasan kung gaano kahirap ang buhay? parang sa ibang mga tao ganun ang pananaw nila kasi yung mga anak lumalaki na magpapa-aral na sa college, may mga magsisipag-asawa na, mas malaki gastusin etc.

    pero gusto ko yung at age 40 eh nag-eenjoy na ng good life, financially stable.

    kung ganun hindi sana "life begins at 40" ang naging popular saying

    dapat "hell begins at 40"

    observation ko lang sa mga may business

    pag kaya na ng mga anak magbantay ng business, i think that's when life really begins for the parents

    hindi na nakatali sa business ang mga parents. madami na sila oras for leisure. lagi sila nag-a-abroad. lagi lumalabas kasama mga kaibigan

    doon ko napansin nagbago yung temperament ng mga parents

    yung dati lagi serious (siguro dahil sa stress) they're now relaxed. you can see sa faces nila they're really happy. yung parang "hey, our work is done. we raised our kids and they turned out fine. they're now running the business. we got grandkids. we can relax na. we're still healthy. we can to do what we want. what more could we ask for?"
