I've narrowed down my choices to:

    1) Mobil Delvac 15w40 (PHP 239 per liter) &
    2) Caltex Delo Gold Ultra 15w40 (PHP 230 per liter)

both are rated API Rating: CI-4 , and spot on 1200 PPM on their Zinc content. (Cat con safe)

    plus

    Baldwin B7243.

Which among the two oils mentioned do you think I should use?

I do 15KM of travel weekdays, 20KM of travel during the weekends, and around 100-300 KM long drives monthly, Down south and Up north.

Very minimal traffic encountered with my daily drives as i live outside the Metro. During the long trips south I use NLEX, then traverse EDSA till i get to SLEX. Travels up north via SCTEX.

About to try Baldwin B7243 + chosen oil above on my Jazz 2010 1.5V, I'm estimating I can go 10,000 KM to 12,000 KM before my next oil change (or can i push it to 15,000 KM?). Please advise if plan above is GO or NOGO. hehehe! Any other suggestion most welcome.

If anyone has tried this combo (or similar) on their gas fed vehicle/s please feel free to jump in and comment. Just want to make sure that I'm doing this right.

    Thanks in advance folks.

A easy 12000klm with that combo, I run Mobil Delvac 1300 15w40 currently, in a non diesel engine that is nothing for that oil. I also keep a hoard of it and quaker state Q torque power 4x4 & SUV, one of the best oils they ever made, tons of moly in it almost 400ppm it would take two cans of luber moly to equal that and 200ppm boron could also look at the Valvoline oil at Ace it is really priceD good. Only 199 per liter
