Castrol edge and mobil 1? Those are expensive FS oil, kung Group 3 lang not worth it.

that list looks about right but i'm not sure about Castrol and mobil. i'm pretty sure group III lang sila but I could be wrong.

Anything from Castrol or Mobil that is labeled fully synthetic for european models is a IV or a V, that's the rule.

From what I read, european oils that have the ACEA approval (API counterpart in europe) tend to lean more on clean emissions. So baka restricted sila sa amount ng additives na pwede ilagay.

Madami din naman group 3 na maganda. Mitsubishi TurboXP is actually a good oil, masyado lang mahal.

just follow the api rating that is recommended for your engine and you should be fine.

i have. i currently use their 5w-30 variant paired w/ a baldwin oik filter. so far so good naman

Delo 400. It's not semi synthetic but it's a very good oil.

i was looking forward pa naman to using a bonafide true blue full synthertic lubricant when i bought those. i guess it's back to mobil 1 for me

btw, how about those valvoline 5w-30s? at the very least, group IV na ba iyong mga iyon?

Valvoline FS should be Gorup IV.
