Won't have to take the headliner down during general cleaning if the evaporator is mounted somewhere else, like on the side of cargo area. For flush-mounted vents like that, the ceiling only houses the ducting...my friend's Chevy Tahoe is that way.

Agree with *babanatype. Many suv's already have this configuration for their rear a/c. The blower is not in the ceiling, ducting lang.

Great car, but the diesel variants are expensive. It doesn't justify the introductory price. Small displacement diesel engine with a manual transmission is significantly more expensive than the bigger displacement gas engine with an automatic transmission?

thats a good thing to know. now i'm more excited to do a test drive. if only the sa's could only reserve me a slot for a test drive.

i'm also wondering what will be the typical pms cost for this unit. hope that by the time the units for sale landed on philippine shores, the dealership could come up with a figure already. im definitely eyeing that 1.5 ltz

Even the SA's of nissan and mitsu were checking it out.

Looks like a smaller Orlando. Lower ride height than Avanza.

The 1.5 LTZ (gasoline) comes only with an AT.
If you want a MT, you'd have to get either the 1.3 LS (CRDi) or 1.3 LTZ (CRDi)

The LS trim is so so, since they deleted safety features, it has no airbags and no ABS, guess that was the only way they could keep the base price at P798,888 for the LS, and that's just the introductory price.

sa Augist 15 na launching ng 2013 Chevy Spin. 1.3 Diesel M/T only and 1.5 Gas A/T only. Price starts at 800K. In terms on fuel consumption 23km/li diesel and 16 km/li gas based on papers.
