i mean is yung front page copy nang passport mo at visa copy dapat ang dala mo kasi pag may transaction tulad ng bibili ka ng sim card mag reremit ka eh yun ang hinihingi pag wala ka pang pataka.

yesterday I purchased airline ticket online from qatar airways and it was very cheap, 714 sar. it is confirmed as i received the e-ticket. kaso may nakapagsabi sa akin na baka daw ako singilin sa airport ng tamang bayad kasi sa e-ticket ko zero (0) ang air fare, bale taxes lang binayaran ko.

I made the booking around 4pm (KSA time) then nung 5:30 pm di na ma-access ang qatar airways booking then nung 7pm na balik na ulit sa dating price which is napakamahal (5-6k sar).

naisip ko na baka promo nila yun for a certain period or hour lang.

what do you think guys?

i usually do my ticket purchase ahead of time (2-3 months before) but this price seems unbelievable! nagpunta ka na sa Qatar airways office bro? my suggestion is go ASAP to confirm para walang "surprise" charge pag pauwi ka na. i always get my plane ticket sa mga travel agencies para personal ko alamin ang details and madaling maghabol if ever.

speaking of plane tickets, mangilala kayo ng mga pinoy na nagwo-work sa oil drilling. puro mga silver/gold frequent flyer card holders na ang mga yun so dami na nilang air miles. you can buy air tickets from them for more or less 1200-1500. the only disadvantage of buying qatar airways reward tickets is that the flight dates are fixed, no changes/rebooking allowed. but if you are sure on the dates of your flights then this is one sure way of saving money.

hi bobzy...thanks for the reply. sobrang baba nga kaya pinatawag ko yung administrator namin sa qatar airways, sabi naman daw valid booking naman daw. pero nung ako tumawag nung hapon na kahapon system error daw pero nung check ko kanina lang sa website ng qatar airways confirmed pa din booking ko. twice nga sila nagpadala ng e-tiket.

meron ba talagang 'surprise charge'? pwede ba nila gawin yun kahit confirmed booking?

with regards sa "surprise" charge di ko pa na experience yan. however, last na bakasyon ko nagkaron but not charges. di daw ako nakabook! so i immediately called my travel agency to clear things up. yun pala the code written on my ticket was for bisnes class kaya nagtataka yung taong nasa counter. but after around 20 mins and some discussion w/ my travel agent, ayun nakapg chek in na rin and mind you......legit bisnes class talaga haha!

but upon returning back from manila may problema na naman. di rin daw ako naka book grrrr! kung ok lang daw na mag chance passenger ako but i refused so they book me for the next day's flight. extended ng 1 day bakasyon ko. may practice pa pagpunta ng airport hahaha!
