That's true.

I was offered by Jaguar before (a long time ago in a galaxy far far away) and it was around 20K or so for one unit (if memory serves me right).

I'm guessing that commission on something like a Vios is below 1K.

Wow ang baba lang pala ang commish in general... Less than 1K for Vios? Pero sabagay kung makabenta ka naman sa taxi fleet or sa police eh di ok na rin...

As far as I know, mababa lang Comm ng Manila Dealers. It depends sa, mode of payment sa pag purchase ng car ang Comm.

^^So I assume if your customer pays SPOT CASH (not literally cash maskin check pero pays 100% the car's price) you get less and if you customer makes a 10% DP for 72 months (which I think is the maximum these days) you get MORE??

yap! some dealers has in-house financing. Dunno their trend with comm. In bank financing,the longest terms would be 5yrs,and with the minimum dp of 20%.

actually, Westin where i had my practicum last december offered me a position in the front desk. tapos may opening din sa Galleria Suites and Richmonde, im also considering these.

hindi po P10k yung tinatanggihan ko, P5k! todo naman yun noh, sa apartment at pamasahe pa lang kulang na yun. Ok na din sa kin ang P10k. pero better sa hotels kc may service charge pa which is usually higher than the salary

definitely you have to start somewhere but 5k is kulang. dapat makapag umpisa ka sa tama yong sapat sa pamasahe sa pagkain. mga 10k siguro is ok na. experience dapat ang habol mo wag muna monetary pero yon nga dapat sapat para makapag start ka....10k is good starting salary sa panahon ngayon. goodluck.

yan ang mahirap pano kung belo group nga na damatans pero talaga hindi mo masikmura hitsura, what more maghubad pa yan. para kang kumain sa malansang restaurant
