    well, what i can say is if your company is promoting for some code of conduct and busness principle for their employees one ground is falsification of document for sure thats a big deal for loss of confidence for employee also for the approving officer.. di ba nachecheck ng ACCTNG nyo yun report nya? ingat ka lang at maging sensitive sa mga kasama baka may ofismate ka na malapit din dyan mahirap malagay sa alanganin

    for as long as naapektohan attitude mo sa work dahil sa ibang tao (bisor man o hindi), mahihirapan ka kahit san ka magwork, lahat ng office may ganyan, the key is to mind your own biz and kung di ka directly affected (nasasablay deadlines mo dahil sa kanya, sinisiraan ka nya etc), it's none of your biz talaga, dadating ang araw na his deeds will haunt him (late sya sa deadline, sablay work nya due to procrastination etc.).

    hirap nga yan.....been there also...muntik na akong umalis sa kabwisitan, buti na lang at napapansin na rin pala nung ibang personel until yun mismong senior nya ang nabwisit sa kanya...ayun, tanggal si loko.... sayang, manager na panaman sya.....

    tama si theveed, wag niyo na pansinin... malalaman at malalaman ng boss mo yan. Although it seems wrong, this is the real world... its harsh. And kung di mo talaga ma take baka pwede kang mag pa assign sa iba, at pag tinanong ka kung bakit then you state your concerns.

    Tandaan mo lang if you do an "expose" type of thing, make sure you have none that others can pin on you as well, remember that unless you're immaculately solid in your job responsibilities, you're still liable for the same "investigation".
