Didn't know Geely was still selling cars, last time I saw one was as a prize in one of Kris Aquino's game shows. If china cars are anything like china buses and trucks you'll definitely save a lot on acquisition cost but lose much more than that in maintenance costs. Build quality/alignment of panels is terrible and the brake pads/clutch wear out much faster than Japanes/Korean cars. Hina pa ng engine. Ask yourself din when was the last time you saw a Geely cab on the road?

natawa ako dun sa comments sa geels salesman. HAHAHA :bwahaha: well, if you're planning to get a taxi, specifically a brand new one go get a mazda 3. para maiba. kiddin, well, i'd choose the new accent and the Kia Rio pag ita-taxi.

agreed.. accent or rio. subok tong unit na to. kasi pag sirain or malakas sa gas ang taxi mo likely na hindi tatagal sayo ang driver. saket sa ulo...

hindi dahil mura e ok yun. around 1994 when we chose the kia pride over the toyota corolla dahil mura siya e yun na nga ang nangyari.

Yeah i'm serious, imagine with 5yrs warranty wala kang pproblemahin sa mainteinance.
regarding about geely or cherry, bakit mag iinvest ng Geely ang may ari ng Benz,Chrysler,Jeep and Dodge dito satin sa Pinas
kung alam nyang hindi mganda quality nito.una sa lahat baka ikasira lang ng company name nya yun kung panget yung Geely.
so some of the clients are confident to take this brand,because behind this Geely is isang kilalang Automotive Company.

I have nothing againts sa mga opinion nung iba,infact i respect you all pa nga eh..

Regarding about sa kia pride boss i agreed, that is not Auto China, those are made from columbia car maker kaya sya ganun.

after a year, what happened kaya to the aspiring taxi operator? I just want to hear what happened is it still good business to engage in or should we think of something else?

instead of taxi....
i'd rather go for van shuttle.

yung taxi kung saan-saan nakakarating at malamang ino-verload ng driver.
yung van isang route lang ang binabyahe at kung 15 people lang ang capacity, hangang don lang ang isasakay nya.

Disadvantage: May Pila at may bayad ang terminal and limited lang ang magiging byahe in a day.
