Put yourself on your client's shoes. If you were to have your car serviced on the shop (your shop) or washed... would you go back? Why? What's so special about it among others that would make people go back again and again?

Quality of service talaga, lakpasan mo yung mga kalaban mo in terms of trabaho.

    affordability
    accessibility
    quality of service
    consistency (business hours)

have a database of your customers, give special promo for birthdays, anniversary, valentine's, sell gift certificates for your service. tie up with other companies for their promos. free stuff always attract customers. give raffle tickets or patronage cards (the ones with boxes you stamp everytime they visit your joint) that when it's filled up they get something free (carwash perhaps)

address them as friends, treat customers with due respect, personalize service-wika nga golden handcuffs principle

Ganun naman sa umpisa. Akala mo mahina.

If ever may wax service ka rin with the use of buffing machine, train your people to use it properly....

    +1
