    I dont think kakasuhan ka ng company mo pag hindi mo nacomplete yung 30-day notice period. IMHO pede ka na magleave even if hindi ka payagan, pero that would be considered AWOL -- and nasa track record mo na yan. And anytime na magapply ka sa kahit sang trabaho at nag background check sila sa previous job mo, lilitaw at lilitaw yung AWOL record mo. Not good yun.

    Kung talagang ayaw mo na pumasok, baka pwedeng sabihin mong nagkasakit ka at di ka makalabas ng bahay. Wala naman sila magagawa kung yun ang reason mo.

    if you dont get cleared, they might hold your last salary, monetized leave credits and pro rated 13th month pay.

    Another thing happened just today in our company, they ask the GM to vacant the post within the day because they suspect him behind the resignation of the staff. They can not accept the fact that most employees if not all wanted to leave this prison company.

    Sir ganyan na nga gagawin ko sabihin ko sore eyes SL tapos yung VL ko ipinasa ko sa HR iapprove o hindi basta ipinasa ko so sakto sa 30 days just incase maghabol sila.

    eh di sabihin mo bakit ka pa mag render nang 30 days kung di ka naman babayaran.. yung ibang nag resign ba nag render nang 30 days?

    di kasi kami lahat may opportunity sa ibang company kaya yung iba ay magrerender ng 30 days.

    If ganyan Nangyayari sa company nYo, then di mo na kelangan 30days notice, just leave pero for sure di ka bibigyan ng clearance nyan. If di ka naman tumagal dyan, wag Mona Lang lagay sa resume mo yan company na yan.

    Been to same kind of company, di nagbabayad ng SSS, late ang sweldo, minsan 50%, pati mga bank loan ng employee eh nababawas sa sweldo pero di binabayad sa bank. What my co-employee did is file a case sa NLRC, filed a resignation letter with notorization. Then bargained with the company. The deducted payments that didnt reached the bank and SSS na binawas pero di binayaran eh mas bigger deal kaysa sa 30 days notice. Kaya pumayag na lang ang company.

    Try that, lagyan mo ng pangil ang resignation letter mo, pa notorize mo, kung kailangan consult a lawyer.
