may binebentang LTO drug center sa lugar namin, the reason - ung may ari di na maasikaso kasi nag concentrate na lang sa pag aalaga ng baby nya.

the question is
ano ano mga dapat kong malaman pag bibilhin ung center?
kailangan din bang may diploma ako related sa Medicine eg: nurse, doctor and like

any inputs will highly appreciated

Mukang ok yan ah! I think kailangan mo lang ng Med Tech to run that. Di ako sure though pero since urine testing lang naman yan eh.

for an owner, you do not needto be in the medical profession.
but i think you would need a med tech and a nurse to run that. i assume meron na sya nyan kasi operating na yan eh, binebenta na lang.

yes I agree you don't need to have a medical background to own one, hinde naman ikaw personally siguro ang gagawa ng mga tests...

check mo lang muna mabuti kung bakit binebenta na, hinde ganun ka simple na reason na kasi mag aalaga na lang siya ng anak..parang for mehinde valud rason yan especially kung kumikita

I have a friend who owns one. Madali gawing profitable ang isang DTC pero madaming factors na dapat muna iconsider.

First ung location ( dapat malapita talaga sa LTO ) - kung more than 100m away from LTO DO yan dont even consider ( well maliban na lang kung lahat ng DTC e ganun kalayo which i doubt to be the case

Then ung overhead and total cash out mo. - 350 per head ang test pero in reality you have to give commissions ranging from 50-100 sa mga fixers/employees na mag refer. Very rare ang pure walk in customers dito sa trade na ito

Then ung total volume ng particular LTO district office vs sa dami ng DTC na existing. Ex 1000 per month ang ave ng LTO DO tapos 10 kayo so even assuming equal share ka e di 100/month x Php 250/head e di 25,000 lang ang medyo max range mo ( tagilid na kagad to )

Be prepared sa competition ( kasi madami DTC non-appearance o non-testing ang raket kaya super baba ng overhead nila hence kaya nila magbigay ng malaking commish sa mga fixers/referrals )

If I were you, exercise due diligence muna. Scout the place and see for yourself the volume of clients.

Personally duda ko sa reason niya for selling. Hindi gaanong time consuming ang pag manage ng DTC. Kahit nga wala ka dun e basta may check and balances ka sa pag monitor ng clients e hindi ka maiisahan ng employees mo. Webcam lang katapat nun and daily audit of the forms and receipts.

my wife will see the books this coming weekend doon nya malalaman lahat ng financial statement, my wife is good in number nasa finance accounting kasi cya

yeah di rin ako naniniwala na yun ang reason kng baket ibebenta nya ung DTC


the DTC place is just infront of gate of LTO compound

need to confirm also sa DTI and health department ung DTC name baka may anomalyang nangyari din or history

ung DTC nasa likod ng Compound not like ung mga kakompitensya nya eh nasa harapan mismo ng gate,

and also.. my wife ask financial statement (book) for the past few months, but sad to say magulo daw at alang libro

between the net per month is 10k (so not sure kng totoo ito kasi un ang sabi ng may ari without the book)

pag nakuha namin ung DTC makukuha ng wife ko ung ibang agency (security guard agency) at doon na magpapa drug test, but of course those agencies (security guard) eh seasonal lang.

any inputs on the current situation will highly appreciated so i can balance
kung itutuloy ko ung pagsalo sa DTC

Shadow is right, masyado simplistic yung mag-aalaga ng anak to abandon a business if it is earning profits. I think nalulugi yan.

If my business is earning, i can afford to hire several yayas to take care of my child.

tagilid ka na kaagad diyan. Sabi ko sa iyo wala masyadong walk in clients diyan. Kailangan maging agressive ka sa pag push sa DTC mo. Give higher commish sa fixers. Ligawan mo LTO officials para sa iyo i refer clients. Nothing wrong with some financial quid pro quo.

Depende sa cash out mo. 10K per month is attainable even 30k kung makakakuha ka talaga ng clients. As ive mentioned ano ba ang volume diyan sa LTO branch na yan.

Pero ako IMHO mukhang lugi ang owner kaya niya ibinebenta. He's walking out on a 10k per month business . E wala ngang gaanong capital reqt ang isang DTC.
