i did my medical internship in a military hospital in the early 2000's at pagkaka sabi sa akin ng mga military officers dati nasa single digit lang. either di nila sigurado or tumaas na interest rates.... anyways, 18% PA is still very high.... im not sure how AFPSLAI do it consistently or baka mala pyramid scam ito....

5M? Chump change na rin yan pards. On how much is enough is quite relative but personally I think one should have around Php 100M to Php 200M plus some sound assets to retire well enough and enjoy life a bit (just don't splurge though... ubos din yan agad), along with some passive income.

Wahaha... hindi ako mayaman. Kaso lang in my line of work, marami akong ka-deal na mayaman and their businesses. Usually yung pinaka rich ang pinaka low profile at tahimik. May iba, sobrang may topak talaga. Yung iba mayaman nga pero hindi marunong mag manage ng cash flow kaya nahihirapan rin to make their business ends meet.

Teka mamumulot muna ko resibo sa ATM, baka makachamba ng account na may milyun-milyon.

Ako, pinupulot ko yung mga resibo sa mercury drug dati... pang medicine allowance sa opisina. :D
