Titan ang ikinabit sa Innova ko at kasama ang fifth door. Kagabi biglang nag-alarm wala naman gumagalaw. When I turned it off, patay then alarm again, then turned it off, patay then alarm again. So I switched it to valet.

i went around the car accessory shops along Mayapis and have so far got the following prices:

I was trying to look for Clifford, pero the stores i went to does not carry them anymore. Anybody tried the ALien brand? Kayo, ano sa tingin niyo ang maganda bilhin? Budget is 7k.

alien yung parang made of alloy ang remote at di plasticl yung remote???

the remote of Alien is still made of plastic (black) and with 4 buttons. According to the store, its their best seller daw and the remote is programmable. Kaso, in one of the pages of this thread, one member had a bad experience with Alien. I guess i just have to go around and check out clifford and code.

nag-inquire ako sa honda cars manila, they are offering me code alarm (US) for 8K. and Titan alarm (Taiwan) for 6.5K. then i asked him kung pwede outside ng casa pakabit ng alarm, and kung ma-vo-void ng warranty, ang reply niya is: "ok lang." so i guess magpapakit na lang kami sa autoline ng autopage alarm.

basta wag kayo kukuha ng Alien alarm.. madaling masira yug remote nya.. tapos hard to find yung remote switch sa raon..

This is sooo true. I've had this alarm since Dec 2004 and to date pina-ayos ko na yung 2 remote. After a month, sira na ulit yung 1. So I only have 1 functioning remote.

yeah.. we still have that Alien alarm sa 2000 revo ng erpats ko, 500php yung extra remote sa banawe, kelangan mo i-mighty bond yung plastic button dahil lagi napuputol hehe... I plan to replace this Alien alarm with another brand..

j_avonni, check the installation manual, baka meron "Current sensor" yan, turn that feature off.

you can check if you have the "current sensor" feature, go inside the vehicle and set the alarm ON, open the dome light switch (minimal body movement to prevent the shock sensor from detecting it), pag nag-alarm, you have the "current sensor" feature.

I have a problem with the alarm [Clifford(old Model)]installed in my vehicle. After disarming it, the engine wont start when i crank it. But after several attempt it will be ok. This happens intermittently. On other occasion its perfectly alright.

Sometimes at the gas station they ask you to turn off the engine, right? But as i restart the engine, same problem again.

Any ideas as to what the problem is?
Can you recommend a technician who is knowledgeable in alarm setups?

tsong take it to any auto soound shops that install alarms baka may loose connection sa mga wirings. do you have remote start ba? kasi kung wala e I dont think na it will affect the starting of your ride.
