I lost my TPL and i am planning to sell my car. Can I again apply for TPL. May car is due for registration on april 2015.

No need to get another one. You can just ask for a copy from your insurer.

True. LTO will not look at your previous year's CTPL anyway. You only need to show your CR and OR.

Magppa renew na ako ng rehistro next werk. San maganda kumuha ng TPL? Di ako nainiwala dun sa mga nasa LTO

Any reputable insurance company will do. Get one that is near your place of work or home. And you are right regarding sa mga nagiissue ng CTPL sa labas ng LTO. Many of them are fly by night companies.

sa basa basa basa ko.. medyo naiintndihan ko na ang insurance. soon magiging car owner na ako at first car ko to. from toyota..

ill do my own research muna at basa basa muna bago ask pag wala ako magets.

nakakalito nga sya sa dami dami ng need na insurance. sana meron 1 insurance na cover na lahat. haha mapa acts of god man yan, damage sa property, nakabundol ng tao or ikaw mismo yung nasugatan sa aksidente. hehe :P

I have a free insurance with Security Bank for the brand new car (direct car loan). What to look for in the insurance? Can i haggle its coverage with the bank?
