Then that 3k eh di ko na sinisingil kaya walang stress.

Tama suggestion ni Cathy, ask your parents to intervene. Sila ni Tito ang mag-usap.

Pag dating sa December, wag mo pagamit kotse. Simple lang yan. Kaya ka naloloko dahil nagpapaloko ka.

    MS,

    Good luck.

Ano ka ba? Thats illegal without court order. Employer can't just garnishes an employees salary on behalf of a third party.

if ako ang nasa situation mo and since meron kayong notarized contract, i will just file for "breach of contract" and then ask the court for an execution order para mabigay sa'yo ang OR/CR. i believe the police will assist you during execution order. i also suggest to consult a public attorney, free services if possible.

my suggestion was to TALK. we are exploring possibilities. talking is potentially more fruitful, than doing nothing.
as the cow-sin works abroad, he may be working under a different set of labor rules that we have here..

I agree na the more advisable way to solve it is to talk to your cousin, na you need the money na.

If hindi makuha sa magandang usapan, ask a lawyer to prepare a demand letter for you. Marami pa legal remedies after that. Pero most likely, the demand letter will do. That would show na you're really serious to go after him.

In both options, enforce your agreement. Do not lend the car to him.
