this is a good deal. assuming that there is no discount. you need to sum up the interest and the supposed discount to get your interest rate

^^^ da akin dami nagoofer. Try mo maginquire sa mga cc. Kasi yung citibank ko every now and then may offer. Last is like 0.68 monthly interest and up to 5 years. Naka tie up nga lang sa balance ng CC. Meron din offer sa metrobank card.

UCPB offers 23.3% for 25%dp * 60mos
BDO offers 30.55% w free insurance
pSBAnk offers 36%

Yung sa UCPB translates to P2k lower sa monthly amort or P120k savings sa 5yrs compared sa BDO.

DP discount - (32,950)
DP after discount - 267,050

Loan Amount - 462,000
Term - 36 months
Monthly Amortization - 16,969

Total Purchase Price: 877,934?
TFS earned 115,934?

For the total purchase price, do I have to deduct the below items I would not have gotten if I paid i n cash?

All-In: Insurance with AOG/TPL; Chattel Mortgage; 3 years LTO (around 40,000 total value?)
Default items: matting; seat cover; rustproof; umbrella, etc.
Freebies: Full Windshield tint; AVT GPS (around 9,000 total value?)
